The World University Rankings 2021 Published: Turkey is on the List with 43 Universities
The World University Rankings 2021 is published. 43 universities from Turkey were evaluated and 2 of them managed to rank among the top 500 universities. The list reveals the best universities in the world.
Times Higher Education (THE) has published the results of the World University Rankings 2021 research by including over 1,500 universities from 93 countries and 43 universities from Turkey. THE takes into account 13 performance indicators in four main categories: teaching, research, knowledge transfer, and international perspective.
Oxford University in England is the top university of the World University Rankings 2021 where only two universities from Turkey rank among the top 500. Stanford University, Harvard University, California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) are the other universities of the top five.
Evaluating 1,500 universities, the research included 43 universities from Turkey. The Turkish universities, which are partner universities of www.studyportalturkey.com, on the list are as follows:

- Bahçeşehir University – 1001+
- Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University – 1001+
- Gazi University – 1001+
