Istanbul Aydin Female Dormitory

Our aim is to see university education as the personal development process of individuals; to be the leading institution that delivers dormitory service to multi-dimensional service delivery and continuously improves it.

Our dormitory sprawls over a 20,000m² in the premises of Istanbul Aydın University and it is driven by the concept of the new generation institutionalized dormitories. Istanbul Aydın University Girls’ Dormitory and Life Center is a luxurious dormitory guided by a concept of dormitory under the university supervision. Consisting of 265 rooms plus guesthouses offering different features was built in 2014 to offer a peaceful, safe and secure, cosy, sociable, warn and hygienic environment for 600 national and international students during their academic studies.

In addition to its accommodation center capacity, our dormitory is at the service of its students as a life center as well. Our complex features TV rooms, professional fitness and Pilates hall, infirmary, library, study and game halls, cafe, restaurant, laundry and pressing rooms.

Our dormitory is an earthquake resistance building and is intended to make it more convenient for students to live in dormitory and to ensure a comfortable life for them. Therefore, all rooms feature Hilton bathroom, WC, beds with orthopaedic bed base, study desks with bookcases, pantry boxes, refrigerators, special strongboxes, wardrobes, Fibre Internet (Wi-Fi), telephone, 24-hour reception desk services, generators and central heating systems.

Security is a top priority matter in our dormitory and in addition to face detection systems used for access to our dormitory, our complex is protected by a professional security team on an around-the-clock basis and the dormitory and its vicinity is monitored by night vision camera systems. Moreover, regarding the Covid 19 New Coronavirus pandemic measures that are supported throughout the world, professional teams periodically apply MSDS-containing disinfection operations and all pandemic measures are diligently applied at top level (including measuring the fever of every visitor and student having access to the dormitory, not allowing people inside without their masks, posting warning signs for observing social distance rules in common living areas, TV rooms, game halls, sports halls, study halls, social distance between tables and chairs and armchairs, use of hand disinfectants with sensor units etc).
