Today, public relations has become one of the most important functions of business.
Beykoz University’s Public Relations and Advertising Programme aims to educate professionals who can follow the new communication technologies and other developments in the continuously changing sector who are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge.
The programme contains theoretical and practical courses as well as projects and internship opportunities to enable students to gain competence in all areas of marketing communication.
Department of Public Relations and Advertising aims to train future public relations specialists that can blend theoretical and practical methods and absorb economic, ethic and legal aspects through courses and projects involving the practices of public relations and advertising fields.
The Public Relations and Advertising Degree Programme Graduates; will be able to use effective communication skills in business life and have knowledge of basic business functions.
The graduates will have knowledge of Art and History of Civilization and be able to conduct scientific research and interpret research data related to the field.
They will be apply the theoretical and conceptual information for the field of Public Relations and Advertising and have knowledge about the theoretical and sectoral practices of traditional and new media planning.
The graduates will be able to manage activities for the development of employees working under their responsibility and be able to organize and implement projects and activities for the social environment in which they live with a sense of social responsibility.
