Graphic design is a creative process that involves organizing text and images in a perceptible and visible area in two or three dimensions to visualize a message, image or thought and forms the basis of visual communication. Graphic design can be seen in advertisement, illustrations, book cover designs, magazines, brochures, web designs, packaging designs, posters and various products in today’s world.

The aim of the programme is educating visual designers who have mastered artistic infrastructure and current design methods and have the ability to create designs with authenticity and uniqueness as well as the skill and qualifications to practice their profession anywhere in the world.

The Graphic Design Degree Programme Graduates; will be able to develop designs in accordance with graphic design theories, to produce original and functional designs and design visual elements in an understandable, original and functional manner. They will have a knowledge in contemporary fields like illustration, animation, typography, motion graphics, interactive design and interface design and have necessary software knowledge and using skills about the field.
