Preschool education is described as the magic years of life. It is the period when the child’s development is fastest and critical. The purpose of preschool education is to maximize and strengthen the development of children under their own conditions. The Child Development Program is a two-year, four-semester associate degree program. In the Child Development Program, students graduates as equipped with the way to prepare programs that are suitable for their development levels and make environmental arrangements, to follow the developments of the child in different areas and to make new arrangements, to cooperate with families, individuals and institutions that provide services in the field of child development, to cooperate with institutions and organizations, and to raise awareness of the society on these issues.

Graduates meet the staff needs of the sector as a teacher assistant in preschool and private education institutions.

Graduates are employed in pre-primary education institutions such as girls’ technical and vocational high schools, elementary schools and nurseries, kindergartens, kindergartens, nursery schools, rehabilitation centers, children’s clubs, special education institutions and inclusive education classes under the Ministry of National Education.
