In the constantly globalizing world where everything that we do becomes more and more complicated and more interconnected, the problems that arise within the population that surrounds us seems to have a strong relationship with human behaviour. Therefore, the areas of work as well as the importance of psychology is growing increasingly in relation to these. As a newly established department, our aim is to raise and train psychologists that are equipped with the world standards of knowledge and abilities in our four-year undergraduate program.

In line with this, our undergraduate program is structured to keep up and go hand-in-hand with the globalizing world and to help people, as well as follow the latest developments in the area of psychology and to fulfil the needs of a changing society. Together with the elective courses that our department offers, our students will be able to develop their own interests and abilities. Our aim is for our students to be able to use their knowledge of psychology in a responsible manner in every field that requires working with people, and also to turn this knowledge into a service for the benefit of the society.
