The Industrial Engineering Programme of Beykoz University aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to become leaders in their work environments.
The students will learn to specify, predict, and evaluate the results obtained from systems and processes and they will gain the skills to create new systems, processes and situations.
The students will gain the competencies necessary for systems approach, teamwork, leadership and critical thinking and will be able to design systems that enable people and society to improve productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
The students will go on to their professional lives having gained the ability to identify, model, formulate and solve industrial engineering problems and with the knowledge of techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for industrial engineering practice.
The Industrial Engineering Degree Programme Graduates; will have knowledge on Mathematics, Science, and Engineering. They will have the ability to design and conduct experiments and they will be able to analyse and interpret data.
The graduates will have an understanding of the impact of engineering solutions in the global, economic, environmental and societal context, and they will be able to identify, model, formulate and solve industrial engineering problems.
The graduates will be equipped with knowledge of contemporary issues and an understanding of professional and ethical responsibility and be able to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for the practice of Industrial Engineering.
