At present time, in which boundaries are removed by globalization and time, the Civil Aviation sector is continuing to grow and improve rapidly.
Parallel to this, domestic and international flight points in airline passenger transportation are increasing and while the aviation sector improves rapidly, the need for qualified personnel is also increasing.
The Civil Aviation Cabin Services Programme at Beykoz University aims to meet the demand for trained cabin service personnel by educating professionals for the very competitive sector, who are good at the activities at operational level, have the relevant legislation and knowledge, can respond quickly and have leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
The programme is designed to equip the students with knowledge of international civil aviation organizations and rules, cabin crew duties and responsibilities, service during flight, normal and emergency safety rules, crew resource management (CRM), customer relations and first aid.
The Civil Aviation Cabin Services Associate Degree Programme Graduates; will be competent in general Aviation and Cabin Services.
The graduates will be competent in passenger relations and be able to provide solutions to possible problems.
The graduates will be equipped with basic, theoretical and practical knowledge of International and National Civil Aviation and Cabin Services.
The graduates will have basic knowledge of planes and aircraft, aviation, and airport planning. They will know the vehicles, equipment and related services used in airports, passenger services in terminal buildings, ticket sales issues, customer relations, cockpit and cabin crew planning and operation and dispatch management.
The graduates will have theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of Civil Aviation, Transportation Management, Cabin Services and other social sciences.
The graduates will have the basic and theoretical knowledge required by national and international civil aviation. They will have knowledge of the international and national civil aviation authorities and their functions.
