About the University
Istinye University is a young and dynamic university and was founded in 2015 as a continuation of the 25 years of knowledge and experience of MLP Care Group, which brings together three different hospital brands under one roof.
Istinye University has set out and is on the path of knowing the value of science, focused on research and development, and one of the pioneers of sustainable scientific progress in Turkey and the world. As a part of one of the world’s and Turkey’s leading institutions in the field of health, the university has taken its place among the leading universities in Turkey with the power it gets from its founder foundation. The understanding of research and development, which is at the basis of world-class development, is among the basic values on which our university is also built. We see our R&D Centres as the engine of progress and we work to turn our projects into products.
Aiming to be a center of excellence, Istinye University adopts the power of science and supports the transformation of this power into products and production. In addition to a strong infrastructure in their fields, we educate our students, who are trained with our student-oriented university understanding, as qualified individuals of the 21st century.
Established as an artificial intelligence-based university, Istinye University is focused on science and technology. Accordingly, we put digital transformation at the center of our university’s sustainability goals. We are making the intellectual and physical investment in digitalization by reading the future of the world from today. The most important target of these investments is to make our universities, academics, and students pioneers of the digital world.

At Istinye University, 7 faculties, 2 vocational schools, and 3 institutes offer 28 associate, 79 bachelor, 17 graduate, and 2 doctoral programs. English education is provided in 23 programs at the university. Istinye University, which stands out with its R&D investments, has 9 research and application centres. In 96 laboratories, workshops, and the applied training and simulation centre located on the 2 campuses of the university, students benefit from applied training opportunities with advanced technology opportunities, and they are educated in a scientific research and project development culture throughout their university education. 5500 students receive education at Istinye University. There are 57 student clubs. İstinye University aims to increase the number of international students and the number of countries they come from.
